The Student’s Grievance Cell (SGC) aims to foster and uphold a supportive and impartial educational environment. The Cell provides a platform for students to voice their concerns by initiating and following the grievance procedure in line with the Institute’s rules and regulations. The SGC investigates and assesses the nature and patterns of grievances with strict confidentiality. Emphasis is placed on procedural fairness, ensuring the right to be heard and the right to unbiased treatment.
The Student Grievance Cell (SGC) is dedicated to ensuring a fair and supportive educational environment. Students are encouraged to submit their grievances via email to the designated address, accompanied by a written request and all relevant documents, including any previous communications conducted through standard channels. This process helps the SGC to address and resolve issues efficiently and confidentially.
